Travogen (isoconazole nitrate) is active against dermatophyte, yeast-like ,mold and mushrooms, eritrazmy causative agent, as well as a number gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus, mikrococcus, streptococcus). The vast synthesis ergosterol and alters the composition of microbial cell membranes.
